Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, or DBKL, provides an official portal with online services for residents, businesses and visitors. It links to licensing, complaints, planning, payments, facilities and other city functions. Use the relevant DBKL service page for current instructions.
National immigration, taxation and other federal matters are handled outside DBKL. Confirm whether your issue belongs to the city, a federal ministry or another authority before submitting documents or payments.
